2. User Responsibilities

2.1 By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • Submitting false or misleading information may result in your liability for any harm caused to others or the process.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your complaint.

2.2 You understand that there are inherent risks involved, including but not limited to the possibility of the accused posing as a victim. Visional Sky will take reasonable steps to minimize such risks, but we are not liable for infiltration or misuse of the platform by third parties.


3. Confidentiality and Privacy

3.1 Your personal information, including your name and contact details, will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to other parties without your explicit consent.

3.2 Visional Sky requires all users to submit a valid driver’s license or other government-issued identification to verify their identity. This step ensures the credibility of the complaints submitted.

3.3 In cases where you choose to disclose your identity to other parties, such disclosure will be facilitated only after written consent is provided via email.


4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Visional Sky is not liable for:

  • Any actions taken by users based on information obtained through our platform.

  • The outcomes of any legal or investigative actions stemming from complaints filed on our platform.

  • Instances where the accused infiltrates the process or where data is misused by other parties.

4.2 Users are encouraged to consult with legal professionals for advice and to use third-party representation when interacting with other complainants.


5. Non-Refundable Fees

5.1 A non-refundable fee of $50 is charged per complaint submission. This fee is used to:

  • Maintain the security and functionality of our platform.

  • Support the analysis and categorization of complaints.

  • Contribute towards potential investigative actions if applicable.

5.2 Submitting a complaint indicates your acceptance of this fee and its non-refundable nature, regardless of the outcome.


6. Complaint Processing

6.1 Complaints are stored in our secure database and reviewed for connections to other similar complaints.

6.2 If a sufficient number of complaints (minimum of 7) are collected, Visional Sky may facilitate the formation of a class action or provide resources to strengthen individual cases.

6.3 Users may choose to:

  • Share detailed information upfront.

  • Provide only a brief overview of their complaint initially (e.g., “harassment,” “unpaid wages”).


7. Communication and Introductions

7.1 Visional Sky facilitates introductions between users with aligned complaints only when:

  • Both parties have submitted valid identification.

  • Both parties consent to the introduction.

7.2 Users have the option to withhold detailed information until they feel comfortable sharing it directly or through their legal representatives.


8. Risk Acknowledgment

8.1 By using our platform, you acknowledge:

  • The possibility of risks such as the accused posing as a victim.

  • That Visional Sky is not liable for any damages arising from such scenarios.

8.2 In cases where sabotage or misuse is suspected, Visional Sky reserves the right to pause the process and notify affected users.


9. Legal Use and Compliance

9.1 Users must use Visional Sky’s services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9.2 Any attempts to misuse the platform for unlawful purposes, including obstruction of justice or intimidation of witnesses, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.


10. Termination of Services

10.1 Visional Sky reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform if you:

  • Engage in activities that compromise the integrity or security of our services.

10.2 Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
